lennox investment management was co-founded by willie gething in 2007 and has overseen the management of two privately-held residential property funds investing in prime central london.
the two lennox funds acquired between them ten assets, consisting of a blend of outstanding houses and apartments, which were developed, rented and sold during the period from 2008-2024.
each asset sale generated a net surplus for the relevant fund.
the total realized value of these assets exceeded £150M and, following these sales, both funds came to the end of their terms in June 2024.
